Description: The current
route is approx. 10 miles long. Trail difficulties
accommodate a variety of abilities. Levels vary from
easiest, which is suitable for the novice, to most
difficult, which challenges the most experienced rider.
Constructed trails blend well with the natural environment.
Maintenance is performed to protect the routes and minimize
the effects to soil and water resources. Designated trails
are marked by orange diamonds with a mountain symbol.
Camping is permitted along the trail, except for within 500
feet around the trailhead parking lot. Due to space
limitations in the trailhead parking lot, trailers should
not exceed 16 feet in length. Be aware of two-way traffic,
including 4-wheel drive trucks, and keep speeds manageable
to your riding skill level.

South Pedlar OHV Trail
Description:
The South Pedlar ATV Trail System (Terrapin and
Rattlesnake Trails) is a looping network of approximately 19
miles of trails designed for the recreational all-terrain
vehicle rider. The trail system is open to four-wheel ATVs,
motorbikes, and mountain bikes. Riders will find challenges
in the narrow and twisting trails, while others will find
trails that are wide and inviting.
