Winchester SpeedPark
Description:
Winchester SpeedPark offers the "Best of Both Worlds"
with two parks adjacent to one another off rte 10 in
Winchester. The Original Park has hosted racing since the
50's and was converted to a Supercross track, racing
Saturday nights under the lights. The park is situated at
the base of "Rattle Snake Mountain" on 14 acres with a 2 1/2
acre Supercross arena Track with a playground, large
Building used for sign up, arcades, concessions "The Kick
Stand" and restroom facilities

Canaan Lions Raceway
Description:
CLR is short, with expert lap times just over a minute.
Canaan has no major elevation changes and the jumps are
reasonably sized. In short, the track is not very
intimidating. The CLR track is technical; it has eleven
tight turns and ten jumps. These tight turns help to hone
Novice and Amateur level skills. The terrain is clay with
small and medium sized rocks. When the surface is wet, it is
very slippery. Under very dry conditions the track gets very
dusty. The local fire department helps with the watering
chores on those days.
